Interview
I took a test at the school I was attending just before I graduated. They called to setup an interview. At the interview I talked to all the managers in the division I was interviewing for and some from other work areas also. They took me to lunch and had a group interview while we ate. At the end of the day I talked to upper management.

They asked if I knew anything about active filters. I did not. They drew one on the white board and asked me to work through the bode plot for the frequency response.
Phone screening with recruiter followed by video call with hiring manager
Then went to lunch with hiring manager and the director of the department followed by an on-site day of interviews where I met with 7 different members of the team for about 45 minutes each
