Citadel isn’t ever ready or interested in making a permanent hire. They have been advertising the same few positions relentlessly and can never make any sort of commitment. Their communication is lacking and nonchalant approach is tired.
I applied through a recruiting firm. They said I was definitely a top candidate. I interviewed with HR located in Miami. The interview went very well. She was very kind and professional. However I did not get the role because I was not a personality for the primary. I hope to have future opportunities to interview for a role at the firm.
The First round was on Zoom with recruiter.
The Second Round was in-person interview with EA, COO, Credit Analyst in Midtown office.
