Interview
The first step was an initial phone screening following by on-campus interviews with 2-3 representatives/recruiters from the bank. The interviews lasted about 45 minutes each. The following round (Super Day where all candidates are interviewed on the same day at the bank's offices in NY) included a series of behavioral and soft case interviews that consisted of meeting one on one with various representatives in leadership from each of the bank's lines of business.
