I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
There was a short phone interview, followed by a face to face interview. During the phone interview, I was informed of the pay range, and asked a few short questions. My face to face interviewer was very kind and upbeat. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Very easy. No tough questions at all. All about what the job entails . Seems like they really need people to work. Two interviews. One phone 2nd one was video call.
I was nervous at first, but the interview process was smooth and relaxed. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, making the conversation comfortable and natural. Overall, it was a positive experience.
