Applied online, Got a phone call to take an aptitude test. Came in for an interview, Interviewed with a recruiter and then an offer was made right there. Standard interview questions. Salary was non negotiable and it was low but a little higher than other call centers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All questions were answered as much as possible. WOrkers coming in seem to like their job. No atmosphere of negativity.
