Interview
3 rounds, commercial awareness, technical and final round. Technical was slightly tricky, final round was more of a personality fit round to see suitability. Overall was ok, standard bulge interviews with a mix of group and individual rounds

Describe a time where you faced a challenge and what did you do
Very intense but was guided throughout. Would recommend familiarising yourself with the super day format before hand by asking seniors. Good if you can have a good understanding of Citi history beforehand
Much more fit questions than technical questions asked, prepare strong elevator pitch and research on the fit and culture. Hiring interviews proceed fairly quickly if hiring manager is keen but do engage with HR regularly for updates.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
