A short call with basic questions about myself and then a video interview. Competency based questions. There were two people on the interview panel and both made me feel very comfortable.

Interview
Great process, nice people, got the job and I really enjoyed the process. It was simple, effective and did not take too much of my time which makes a really nice change. Also included giving a presentation .
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at City & Guilds (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Hour long interview. Some technical questions some behavioural questions. One question asking to map out an entire process on how I'd remedy the problems they are facing (?!) Bit much to be expected to have a comprehensive plan compiled on the spot. Made assumptions about my credentials, left no time at end for proper questions, one panellists even stated in the interview that they need to get away. Disappointing
