Pros

None - what was once a great place to work has been ruined in less than 3 months. Read the PeopleCert reviews if you have any doubts

Cons

Prior to PeopleCert taking over this was a great place to work. Now the lunatics have taken over - no communications, lies from the leadership and a culture of fear. Don’t believe what you hear in the media from PC. Just read their reviews and it will give you an idea of what it is like to work hear. On the plus side if you want to work for a business where no decision can be made unless the person at the top signs it off - then join. Imagine a really bad organisation from the last century - so poor you could make a film about it. If you join you will regret it - expect redundancies and jobs to be moved to Greece.
