CivicPlus Client Services interview questions

An email response requesting salary requirements is how my process started. After 2 weeks went by another email inquiry asking if I was still interested. A phone interview was set up after hours at their request only to be rescheduled the next day. The second attempt at a phone interview was set up by them for 5 pm on a Friday evening. This again was missed on their end no one called . I contacted HR and they apologized and said they would get back in touch that day. I still haven't heard from them a week later. One thing I am sure about is there is no way I could work for a company that makes this type of first impression. The value they place on the service they provide is not something I would consider acceptable. In the meantime I have been offered 2 positions at different companies with better compensation. Thanks it worked out well!
