Multiple phases, first phone call is more of a screening for the recruiter. Second call (2 Weeks Later)was to present an answer to a hypothetical situation. I applied for a technical job, due to my skill and experience, was encouraged to go for PM, from recruiter... The group interview was somewhat scattered, the questions were not well compiled. They were actually even late to the meeting. Honestly felt like it was more of an interview about personality, not skill level. Appears they do not like to have questions posed to them that require more than a thoughtless, generic answer.
Many people have said the same, as I have experienced. They toss applicants around to different positions, some they recommend that dont even make much sense. The management strikes me as unorganized, the turnover rate was not impressive at all. Yes every company will have turn over, its part of running a business, however when you are closer to call center turnover rate, this is concerning. They seem to have the same bag of tricks for every applicant which is, drawing out the process for over a month, tossing applicants to many positions, and not offering any in a reasonable amount of time. Interview process is unorganized, and the management cant seem to figure out if they want to do an Agile Process or a Waterfall process. No skill test, just a long personality test.. lol Very all over the place, expected the company to be more compiled and professional than what I seen. If offered I will be refusing, as I prefer to work with a organized company that functions NOT off confusion.
