Very tedious interview process. Extremely time consuming. Four stages. Was inconsiderate of my current job and expected you to drop your life and show up when they requested. I nearly lost my current job due to the time demanded for interview process (lengthy phone interviews, video interviews, and 3 in-person interviews / reverse interviews, and a PowerPoint presentation with my findings!)... as well as the three trips out to their office in Manhattan. No hotel. Half way thru this I began to think "This is so crazy! I wonder what the work environment was actually like behind the veil." I also began to feel like a chump for actually following thru with the interview process and desperate for the end. I wanted so badly to say, "ENOUGH!" The craziest part was the one-way video interview: 10 questions, each of which you have to answer in no more than 60 seconds each. Many of the questions were actually THREE questions. Sneaky. Most centered around experience and strategies in the work place. After it was all said and done... they had my creative management strategies, my problem solving tactics, and process improvement tactics... specifically for their creative department... documented in PowerPoint, written, and video. It was the most fatiguing interview process I've ever endured. Interview at your own risk. Felt like they were gleaning for info and ideas on how to solve their problems, which they had no shortage of.
