Disappointing Hiring Process – Waste of Time I applied for a role aligned with my 8 years of validation experience, but this company completely wasted my time. There were 3 online interviews with HR, the manager, and the director, all of which went well they seemed impressed and invited me for an onsite panel interview. The onsite interviews were exhausting, with five back-to-back sessions (30-45 minutes each) with the site VP, packaging manager, senior engineer, quality manager, and director of validation. Despite my efforts and qualifications, they offered me a demoted position (Validation Engineer with 2+ years' experience ), saying I wasn’t what they expected. It left me questioning whether they were even paying attention during the online rounds. Additionally, their overall process reflected poor company values. They didn’t honor my request for a site tour, have a high turnover rate (almost everyone I met had joined within the last six months), and seemingly lack a clear promotion or performance review structure. With all this, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. Good luck to anyone applying you’ll need it.
