      Free Food for working 16+ hour days, small teams, and perfect examples of horrible leaders at every corner!

      Cons

      poor communication, even worse consistency and honesty, no policies in place they just make them up as they go to fit the flavor of the day, people are fleeing like the rats in the swamp they are built on.
