I handed my CV in store and was invited in for a group assessment. We were spit up into teams and had to complete various activities. Don't be too loud but not too quiet. Just be yourelf.

Interview
Group interview, had to bring an object that best represented us and tell the group why. Then as a group identified what made good or bad customer service. was split into two groups of three where we had a trainer and a school shoe and was explained the 4 points of selling they use, then had to identify in groups the positive features of each show and put it into the 4 groups of selling. Then both groups relayed what they had found, were told if they missed anything. Then was told about dates of starting/training and if there were any times you couldn't work.
