Clarks Retail Assistant interview questions

Interviewed at Clarks store in Basildon. It was a group interview. We were put into groups and had to sell a shoe whilst the managers were walking round taking notes. Then explain why you want to work for Clarks.

For Clarks franchise in Truro. Pretty simple, dropped a CV and got invited to an interview. Hiring manager Jaymi made me feel quite relaxed, broke the ice etc then we just went through my CV and discussed typical retail skills / experience. All very straightforward. Main thing I guess they were looking for was 'are you a decent person who is capable of learning on the job'.
