Clear Street Software Engineer interview questions

Had an initial chat with the internal recruiter. They put me forward for an interview with the hiring manager, who dived into a coding question. I was allowed to code in my IDE, but there was no way to submit my solution to him via the tools provided unless I copied and pasted all the code into one massive file. It was clear not many interviews have happened yet for this new team and the process was not very well defined or allowed the candidate to show their best. The coding question was too long for an hour interview. After the interview, there was no follow up and not possible to get in touch with anyone at the company to tell me if we are progressing or not (clearly not!). Internal recruiter had left the company and no one else replied to emails. Bad experience overall.
