Cleveland Clinic Financial Analyst interview questions

I wasn’t asked any interview questions in the phone screen. My next interview was virtual with the manager and team members. They said I would hear back in a few days which I thought was promising. I didn’t hear back for a week so I followed up with the recruiter. They never responded. I got a rejection email 2 weeks later. I assume I was their second or third choice and they were just waiting for their first to pass background and drug screen.

The process was straightforward and fair. The questions were relevant to the job and asked how my current experience would translate. Did not take up a lot of time nor did I receive an at home assignment.
