Straight forwarded interview process. 15 minute interview with a recruiter discussing why I wanted the position and then explaining the benefits, salary, etc. 2nd interview was in person with nurse manager was not stressful. Shadowed the unit with a PCNA after the interview.

Interview
I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
