Cleveland Clinic Utilization Management interview questions

I had a phone interview scheduled with a recruiter but then was sent an email several hours later telling me that my application was no longer considered. I emailed back asking for clarification regarding my scheduled interview but then only received a notification with a canceled event. Only got a written response hours later, minimal in explanation. Wished they would have done a more thorough review of applicants before sending out phone invites only to retract it. I expected a more professional presence from a large institution like Cleveland Clinic.
