Recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview, however he did not call me at our scheduled time. I sent a follow up email right after our scheduled time, which did not get a response. I followed up a week after, and he attributed it to "logistical errors" and rescheduled me again. Once again, I was stood up with no call.

Interview
I had an initial call with a HR person to talk about the position. They said they would move me to the next step then dropped off. I checked back in and they told me they now have cut me due to too many applicants. Very confusing why I was told I would move to the next step then cut without any communication. I was really looking forward to the next step but am disappointed by the poor communication.

Interview
First round was a phone screening with a recruiter. The second round was a portfolio presentation with a designer.
The recruiter was very friendly and we had a great conversation. The portfolio reviewer was less friendly and did not seem happy to be on the call.
Overall, not a stressful process
