Phone screen with recruiter, then a call with hiring manager, then a 5-6 hour virtual "onsite" with a variety of team and cross functional partners. Presentation and a "teach and learn" were also included in the onsite day. Group panel with the team was not especially helpful because it was conducted via Zoom and only lasted about 30 minutes. I didn't feel like I had a great sense for the team, both as individuals, and in terms of the team dynamic. Recruiter wasn't the most responsive, but I've also experienced worse. Recruiting team also shared documents ahead of time about "what to expect" through the process, which I found helpful.
