Long, slow process. Had a phone interview with Operations Lead that went very well and lasted about 45 minutes. Asked general questions about work history, organization, reason for job change, etc. A month later they contacted me for another phone interview with a school experience advocate, which was very informative about the role, but also a bit redundant because the same questions were asked. There had not been much review of my previous interview beforehand and I answered a lot of the same questions. Finally, I had an in person interview about a month later. It was 5 hours and it was filled with a lunch meet and greet, a Clever "lesson" followed by simulated problems to solve, data analysis and questions, and short interviews with 4 different people. The questions were general, but I was highly disappointed when the interviewers would look outside the glass windows of our interviewing room, "Oregon Trail", while I was answering questions. This was quite distracting and unprofessional.
