Horrible recruiting process. First sent out mass rejection email, then retracted. Then recruiter ghosted after multiple touch points and 2 interviews with hiring manger. They were acquired by a larger company during process, so I imagine that had something to do with poorly managed process, but the recruiter would regularly speak about best practices in recruiting...and then do the exact opposite. I would avoid applying here.

Interview
The process felt unnecessarily long and repetitive. Every interview — from the initial conversation with the hiring manager to the case study presentation — centered around one question: how I manage accounts strategically. The case study felt redundant, as I had already provided detailed examples during earlier conversations. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Overall I thought the interview process was very smooth and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and prepared. I met with quite a few people and had to do a 30/60/90 presentation but it wasn't anything intimidating or too intense.
