Interview
Really weird and unorganized interview process. You do 1 interview with a recruiter , 1 quick one with a sales manager, then one final one where they throw you in a role play interview. You have to sell their product, create a free account on their site and pitch a very complex product (of course without training on it). They use the Meddic sales process (FYI), in the middle of my “pitch” a sales manager jumps in my interview way late (rude, unprofessional and also very awkward - I’m trying to be polite and introduce myself - but also pitch their product). He missed the first 5-10 minutes of my interview, which is crucial for making a good first impression. They don’t try to make it conversational at all, pretty dry personalities. Seems like a growing company with potential, however their interview process is pretty unorganized and I did not get good first impressions by any of their managers. They all seemed grumpy and not happy to be interrupting their day.

Question 1
One of us will play the role of a VP of Operations at an email software company in San Diego. The company has about 200 employees. As the VP of Operations, they ended up as a lead assigned to you in your CRM. As you review their details, you see that they visited the ClickUp website, watched the on-demand demo, and signed up for a trial account.
For the on-site, focus on doing a rockstar discovery so you can deliver a true value demo. Invest in learning a bit about the platform ahead of time so you're comfortable talking about it. In our face-to-face interview, spend ~20 min on discovery and the remaining 10 on the demo of the platform.
The primary purpose of this exercise is for our team to get a feel for your overall sales skills and training vs. assess how well you know our platform.
3 steps: recruiter, HM and task.
One round with recruiter
Next with hiring manager
3rd with another manager.
Sometimes 4th with a task.
Overall good process and the talent team helps you along the way.
Well run and organized. Like how the process was structured and how they asked for feedback through out the entire process. It was a little slow in terms of scheduling. All interviews seemed very genuine
Standard interview process. Three to four rounds with moderate prep. First few steps are one on one interviews and the final step is a panel style interview with three people
