STOP WASTING YOUR TIME ON CASE STUDIES!!! This is just a scam company. They don't need you but they want your opinion to run their business. That's how I felt, What a cheap innovative idea! Read all other comments about the interview process and they all are legit and genuine. The process is unusual, no humans, just a case study-based interview. Nobody calls you or there is no human interaction. All these comments here about the negative feedback about the interview process are genuine. If you check these comments before writing a long essay and wasting your time, just STOP! don't write. you will not get any response other than this: "Thank you for taking the time to complete the written case study exercise for the IT Operations position. We are a culture built firmly on the philosophy that writing is thinking, which we know makes us different and unique, but this is specifically why we ask candidates to put pen to paper very early on in the interview process. After reviewing your responses in detail, we have made the tough decision to not move forward with your candidacy for the role. Again, we thank you for your time and do not take the time you spent on this assessment lightly. This is just as much about where we are as a company in terms of our size and growth, and we want to make sure that you would be set up for success. We wish you all the best in your job search!" Looks like these people are not even from the U.S. but interview U.S.-based candidates and as I noticed that emails come from an unusual U.S. time. I'm pretty sure they don't understand technical answers even though they ask many technical and managerial questions. And also I am pretty sure they don't take a minute to understand what you answered. This looks like a scam company, don't waste your time on case studies.
