      Long but simple enough. Asked me to do a simple case study followed by 2 interviews with staff at clipboard asking about my decision making for the case study. Some roleplay scenarios too but nothing that took too much time.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clipboard (New York, NY) in Jul 2023

      Interview

      Their interview process starts with a case study and they give you 7 days to submit it. Once you complete the case study, they send a regret email almost immediately. Their case studies are quite ambiguous and sometimes, they're very job specific. It's almost like they're getting you to work for them without paying for your time. I wonder what they're looking for and it seems very intentional. Please don't waste your time, chances are, they already decided who to hire internally and are wasting your time with the case study or using the case studies as a way to get people to work for free for them.
