Interview
The person interviewing me hadn’t even read the job description I built my case study on and then corrected me several times for not including certain things in my search criteria; I then had to show them that all of the things they wanted me to search for weren’t in their own job description. (They realized I was right halfway through the interview and then had to adjust course). I was told that feedback was passed along to the hiring managers but the interviewer’s lack of preparation and knowledge of their tech stack was a pretty major red flag for me.

Question 1
Review this job description and source 3 profiles that look like a good match, then discuss with interviewer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard in Dec 2024
Interview
Applied, automated response to complete a long task without any conversation, then an automated response after the time invested in doing the assignment - clueless recruitment team, kind of think they're collating data from the number of recruiters interviewing to help automate something using this info. Shady company, wish I'd read the Glassdoor first, even the positive reviews look staged / fake
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do "scenario" (seemed very extreme) mentioned a funnel where they accepted and sent tech tests to over 1000 applicants - it was clearly written by someone who has no sense of technical or specialist recruiting experience
I applied online. I interviewed at Clipboard (California City, CA)
Interview
Went through, 3 Interviews, 1 sourcing test and met COO as final round interviewee.
The whole experience was very intimidating. They lacked fundamental knowledge of recruitment and yet pretended that they found water on earth.
The first step was a case study. I did not receive any contact from anybody but a straightaway case study, after doing that I received only automated information about being rejected. When I asked twice about more details as I have spent a lot of time on it there was no contact. Very poor candidate experience!
