I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clipboard (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was a disorganized mess. I was introduced to 4-5 different points of contacts all recruiters spread through out the entire planet, all of whom never responded to emails. The process included 2 video interviews and 2 take home assignments. I had the exact same video interview twice with different recruiters. I was told the second video interview would be with the hiring manager and go over the lengthy take home assignment I had completed. The second video interview was not with a hiring manager and was actually with a different recruiter who seemed to have 0 knowledge of what my previous interview entailed. The recruiters I spoke with all gave different answers to questions about the hiring process and had not appeared to even reviewed the assignment they had tasked me with. It is clear they are farming out positive reviews to combat all the negative reviews from the users of their application, all the positive reviews are extremely generic. I would be wary about working here, especially if you have other options.

Question 1
Tell me about your background. What roles have you staffed for? How many reqs are you typically responsible for?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard in Dec 2024
Interview
Applied, automated response to complete a long task without any conversation, then an automated response after the time invested in doing the assignment - clueless recruitment team, kind of think they're collating data from the number of recruiters interviewing to help automate something using this info. Shady company, wish I'd read the Glassdoor first, even the positive reviews look staged / fake

Question 1
What would you do "scenario" (seemed very extreme) mentioned a funnel where they accepted and sent tech tests to over 1000 applicants - it was clearly written by someone who has no sense of technical or specialist recruiting experience
I applied online. I interviewed at Clipboard (California City, CA)
Interview
Went through, 3 Interviews, 1 sourcing test and met COO as final round interviewee.
The whole experience was very intimidating. They lacked fundamental knowledge of recruitment and yet pretended that they found water on earth.
The first step was a case study. I did not receive any contact from anybody but a straightaway case study, after doing that I received only automated information about being rejected. When I asked twice about more details as I have spent a lot of time on it there was no contact. Very poor candidate experience!
