I recently applied for a position at Clipboard Health and was disappointed with the way I was treated throughout the interview process. After submitting my resume and cover letter, I was invited to complete a lengthy assignment. I spent days working on the assignment, only to be ghosted by the company for over a week. I eventually followed up to be rejected with a brief email. I am writing this review to warn other candidates about my experience with Clipboard Health. I believe that the company's interview process is unprofessional and unnecessary. Asking candidates to complete a lengthy assignment before they are even granted an interview is a waste of time and effort. Additionally, ghosting candidates after they have completed an assignment is disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend interviewing with Clipboard Health. The company's interview process is a waste of time and the company does not seem to value its candidates' time or effort.
