First there was an assignment that had to be completed prior to the interviews, which took me some time. The company did mention that they wouldn't be giving feedback for this part of the process, which is not impressive (if you require people to do a lengthy assignment receiving some feedback would be nice).
Then there was a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, but prior to the interview you have to prepare another assignment, a shorter one, but it felt like I was doing their work for them (to find two people for two different positions, that they had opened) for free. I came prepared with chosen profiles, pros and cons, reasons why I chose them etc.
The interview started with the recruiter saying that he feel a bit under the weather, and it did show. For the whole interview (which was mostly me talking about the my candidates) they were muted and barely asked any questions, so I felt like I was giving a monologue and at the end I was told that they would get back to me within a week, which they did so thanks for that, saying that I am not a good fit.
Without any explanation as to why, no feedback or anything and that is after completing two assignments. I did ask for feedback, because I at least wanted to know what I could work on to improve myself. Did not receive any answer, so as the result - lost lots of time on doing the tasks, and a conversation with a recruiter who was not engaged in the conversation.
