Please be made aware that Clipboard health is still very much in the buisness of having you submit case studies and then ghosting you with out so much as an acknowledgement of receipt. I fell prey to this because I was sent a structured email stipulating the amount of time that will be taken for review. The time passed and I was ignored when I asked for an update. Their interviewing process becomes very soulless once you submit the case study, there is nothing else they need from you and this is very evident in their communication/lack there of after submission of the case study.
I know that this is a pattern with this company because I know a number of applicants that have been treated the same way. Going through the interviewing process (particularly the case study) with Clip board health might not be the best investment of your time
I recently applied for a position at Clipboard Health and was disappointed with the way I was treated throughout the interview process. After submitting my resume and cover letter, I was invited to complete a lengthy assignment. I spent days working on the assignment, only to be ghosted by the company for over a week. I eventually followed up to be rejected with a brief email. I am writing this review to warn other candidates about my experience with Clipboard Health. I believe that the company's interview process is unprofessional and unnecessary. Asking candidates to complete a lengthy assignment before they are even granted an interview is a waste of time and effort. Additionally, ghosting candidates after they have completed an assignment is disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend interviewing with Clipboard Health. The company's interview process is a waste of time and the company does not seem to value its candidates' time or effort.
When you ask a candidate to spend time doing a case study without meeting the team first, have the decency to spend some time giving them feedback on why they failed the case study instead of giving a boilerplate email template.
The interview process is a two-way street. It's making me doubt whatever cultural write-up made available online is actually being practiced internally.
