Same experience as everyone else. Given that I was simply emailed a case study to complete, I assumed that the odds of actually being hired were negligible as this process indicated a high volume of participants. My other assumptions were that you likely have to know someone in the company and have years of experience in the role. I figured that I would use this as an opportunity for practice with a case in which I have transferable skills but no direct experience. The feedback was brutal and unhelpful. Further, I cannot imagine why this company would possible want to send me updates about them. The bridge has been burned and they do not believe that their company can set me up for success. The line not only does not make me feel better it is insulting.

Question 1
Guess what, the below is the 1st question - expecting a 10pager feedback. There is still a 2nd question. Like really?? Prepare a write-up to walk through the following case prompt: (no more than 10 pages) ○ Clipboard Health is building an exciting roadmap to expand beyond its current customer footprint and branching into non-clinical marketplaces such as Chefs, Receptionists, Custodial, etc. You are tasked with identifying and building a strategic plan to help ensure our team is ready prior to product launch; please put together a strategic plan write-up to help walk through your approach to ensure our Customer Operations team is ready to support this launch; few topics to consider as you are putting together your response: ■ What inputs would you look for in designing your readiness plan? Make assumptions where needed ■ Should our customer experience vary by clinical/non-clinical verticals? How did you come up with this? ■ How would you approach capacity planning in preparation for this launch? ■ What are other internal teams that you would need to partner with and how would you go about gathering required inputs for your plans? ■ What are common traps that we might fall into as we prepare for this launch? What steps would we take to get in front of them? ■ How would you evaluate the effectiveness of your plans and/or how would you measure the success of your plan? ■ The leadership will request weekly business review updates from you, what would you report on and how would you unblock yourself? ■ These are simply guiding questions but you are welcome to get into other topics that might help us better understand your thinking; the framework of your approach is far more important than accuracy of answers/assumptions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard (Nairobi) in Oct 2022
Interview
How do you expect one to spend 10-15 hours doing a multi-pager case study as the 1st part of the 'interview'. This is too demanding because they will most likely not take so many people who have spent that much time on a case study. Never ever had such an interview
