I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CloudKitchens
Interview
I had a 30 minute call with their recruiter and was sent a TWO HOUR exam to test my Excel abilities. The recruiter did not mention that you need to have very advanced Excel skills for this role. It seemed very odd, as the test seemed more geared towards a data analysis role. I have intermediate Excel knowledge and I could not complete the test. I took screenshots and discussed with friends who have decades of experience with Excel and they were unable to answer the questions. Despite having an excellent first call with the recruiter, I never heard back after expressing my concerns. Very bizarre experience!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CloudKitchens (Madrid) in Jul 2025
Interview

Interview
Really fair process! Had a screening call, then a talk with my future manager, then I got a project that mirrored the basic responsibilities of the role. Came into the office, met the team, and got a good vibe of everything. Really well designed

Question 1
Name a time you were able to convince someone with data?
The interview process was long and arduous. While the recruiters are kind and the team members seem solid, the company itself seems awful. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not joining. Package isnt great for how they behave. They are also known for ghosting candidates. Don't waste your time!
