I applied for the AOM position and sent an aggressive cover letter (I was confident that the job was the right one for me). A CloudKitchens internal recruiter called me the next day and we talked for about 30 minutes. Several days later I did back-to-back interviews with two different senior operations managers. They were both really nice and did a great job of describing the company and the position and asked a bunch of situational questions to see how I would handle all kinds of problems and emergencies (which is definitely what you need to do in this job).
Very friendly and down to earth, made me feel very comfortable during the process. Felt like I was just talking and was comfortable the whole time. Over very positive experience.

Applied on LinkedIn with resume and profile. Did a 15 minute phone screening with recruiter. Did a second prep call with recruiter for Zoom call with direct manager and regional manager on a Friday. Received offer on a Monday. The recruiter was really passionate that I would be a great fit, which gave me a lot of confidence. He even gave me some tips to prepare and reached out during my preparation process to check-in before zoom panel interview. It was refreshing and showed how much they value their talent from the beginning. I applied with LinkedIn EasyApply which was also super convenient. The hiring process moved fast. Only took one week from applying to receiving an offer. This IMO reflected their culture and I felt like it was a great fit after the panel interview. I was brought for a site visit before my start day just to be sure I was onboard.
