The interview process was exhaustive and time-intensive, with six rounds including late-night discussions to accommodate the panel’s availability. I invested significant effort across technical deep-dives, program scenarios, and culture interviews. While the feedback shared during the process was consistently positive, communication broke down at the final stage — receiving a generic rejection email after being verbally informed that I cleared the loop. HR did not provide clarity or closure despite follow-ups. The experience reflected a lack of transparency and professionalism in the final step, which undermines candidate trust and overall experience.

Interview scheduled within a week of applying. I was asked questions about my experience managing projects and programs, and I felt like I had no trouble responding. The job fit my experience really well. Interviewer didn’t provide much feedback throughout the interview but said I would hear back within a few days. Received email a few days later saying they decided to go forward with other candidates.

More than 10 rounds total, including a panel presentation with Q&A. It was clear they didn't know the direction or even the purpose for the role so I pulled out/declined to continue.
