Submitted my resume online. Had a phone interview to start. Being from out of town second interview was 1:1 via Skype. A soft offer was made due to the fact the studio wasn't open yet and they also wanted to have a teaching demo first. After the demo the offer was made. The major questions dealt with managing a Pilates studio, level of Pilates instruction experience and ability to hire and train new employees.

I interviewed with the district manager in person in front of the studio and the regional manager had a remote interview with me because she is not located in California. It was sales-oriented, and the process was quick.

They asked about KPI, sales, technique, how I can help the business, and if I had any background or interest in fitness.
3 part interview, very long and thorough questions. Took about an hour each time. Was very out of the box questions. First was phone, second and third was in person

How would you foster a sense of community among both clients and instructors, beyond just the typical class schedule and customer service?
Great interview experience, lasted about a week or so. I felt comfortable and it was more like a conversation with the studio owner than an interrogation. It was laid back yet still professional.
