It wasn't really an interview. She asked me a when I could start. Based on the interview I could tell the franchise owner knew nothing about her financials and about her own business.

I interviewed with the district manager in person in front of the studio and the regional manager had a remote interview with me because she is not located in California. It was sales-oriented, and the process was quick.

3 part interview, very long and thorough questions. Took about an hour each time. Was very out of the box questions. First was phone, second and third was in person

How would you foster a sense of community among both clients and instructors, beyond just the typical class schedule and customer service?
Great interview experience, lasted about a week or so. I felt comfortable and it was more like a conversation with the studio owner than an interrogation. It was laid back yet still professional.
