Interview
Applied ,then got email requesting a pre recorded phone interview with very basic questions. After I completed that, they themselves emailed me saying they were very impressed and would like to schedule a more in-depth phone interview. I replied stating my availability, they then proceeded to give me a date and then an option between two times. I answered with which time worked best for me. They didn’t answer. I emailed two days before the scheduled interview to confirm the interview as I was confused. No answer. Then came the day and time of the interview and I never received a call. I emailed again apologizing for any miscommunication and expressed my interest in the position. No answer. Even if they had filled the position it was extremely unprofessional to not respond to any of my emails on top of scheduling a phone interview just to never call. I really wanted this job and was extremely disappointed as I felt this was a perfect job for me and I would’ve been a great fit.

Interview
So at the start I realized it was an AI interview I was skeptical since I am very uncomfortable with how prevalent AI is nowadays. At first, it was going semi ok. But that lasted 5 minutes (if that), and it started glitching like crazy. It was repeating "vertical bar pilates" over and over again while making strange noises and whsipering and other very unsettling thing. I tried my best to keep my composure and allow myself to stay professional since I was told a manager was going to be overseeing the interview. The more it went on, the more creepy it got. After a few days, I was contacted again to do another interview same process as the AI interview, to take another video. I was again deeply uncomfortable, but I needed a job, so I agreed. But the day of, I canceled since I had asked if I would be doing it with an AI or a person. It was an AI that was answering my questions. They took the Human out of Human Resources.

Q: What experience do you have in Sales?
Q: Are you a team player?
Q: How would you handle an upset customer?
Q: Why do you want to work here?
And then there was something about planning an event? I really couldn't understand

Interview
Depending on the need for front desk, the interview process is fairly easy. They mostly just ask about your experience and being available during the week is most definitely a plus.

Simple and easy. Make sure you know their core values and list them in the interview. Great if you are organized and responsible and also into fitness. Overall simple questions about your character and what you are looking for in this position
