This overall interview process was lengthy and honestly a waste of my time and money. First of all the interview from my standpoint went great. I actually got a job offer about a week after I went to the interview. Unfortunately, there is an educator who overseas who gets hired in this actual business and because I had previously spoke with him and told him that I already was working a full-time job, and I would like to work this job, and only work during the day due to me having limited transportation, and not wanting to be stuck because the bus stops running at a certain hour he used this to my disadvantage to then Delay the hiring process, even though the company was saying that they wanted to hire me I would call and ask them. Hey guys, I just wanted to follow up they was said “yeah we want to hire you. Let’s reach back out to the educator to see if you they can send you the paperwork.” I will talk to the educator he would say oh, we’re not sure about the hours let me reach back out to management and see if the hours will work. Basically, he was playing the management against me and saying that he didn’t know if the hours would work with them but when I would call the managers, they would say oh they want to hire me so basically, I feel like that this particular educator for Club Pilates definitely discriminated against me because of my transportation and now that I have a car and I am able to work any hours the job is not available anymore which is not a surprise. This was over a period of 3 months
