I met a recruiter at the University Career Fair. I had a phone call with the recruiter about what the job entails, my past experiences, why I want to join Clutter. I emailed them one week after the interview and they said they are still waiting for engineering feedback. Two weeks later, they said they are still waiting for feedback. The company took four weeks to send me a rejection. After the rejection, the recruiter sent me a coding challenge. I completed the Hackerrank challenge, passing 100% test cases. One week later, the recruiter sent a rejection again. Interviewing for this company is a crapshoot. I recommend applying, but don't expect to hear back a rejection for three weeks.
