Applied online and a recruiter reached out to set up the initial screen. On the call, the recruiter said this role will have no scheduling and it's more programatic responsibilities and actual interviewing/hiring front line workers, so I thought the title of the role was not fitting. They said someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. The least you can do is send a rejection email instead of ghosting.
