Co-op Custom Team Member interview questions

Very straightforward interview process. First you complete an online test about possible situations you might face in the role. I was then invited to an interview which lasted an hour. They send you an interview preparation guide beforehand which tells you the behaviours they are assessing against. A few introductory questions like why do you want to be a customer team member, followed by 5 behavioural questions which are scored. As long as you have thought of examples beforehand and reasons for why you want to work at the co-op, it is a straightforward interview process.

A couple of basic questions about what i've been doing the past couple of years. and then 5 situational based questions. They prepare you well for these questions and how to answer them in the email you get before your interview. Very positive experience.
