They asked me when i got out of a difficult situation and this sort of struck me for a bit but i had a few stories from school that i told
Applied online, received a text about a week later saying I’d been processed to the next stage of the recruitment process and to call the co-op team. The phone call was short and consisted of basic questions about hours I could work etc. I then received an email a few days later to book an appointment through an online system for a face to face interview that I had been selected for. This also included an interview pack of some of the questions to expect. The interview itself was very informal and the manager was lovely. I got a phone call to offer me the job 2 weeks later.
