Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you dealt with it.
I had a very positive interview experience with Co-op. Syed Hussain was kind, patient and welcoming from the beginning. English is not my first language, and I was nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and gave me time to express myself. He listened carefully, treated me with respect and created a friendly atmosphere throughout the interview. I truly appreciated the opportunity and left the interview feeling confident and valued as a candidate.

All five questions they emailed to you prior to the interview will come up. Prepare answers to all. Very relaxed environment and the interviewer was very friendly so nothing to be worried about really.
