I applied in-person. I interviewed at Co-op (Preston, North West England, England)
Interview
Was asked about my past experience, my current level of education and my location and schedule. I was then asked about a series of scenario questions about working in the store and explained how my previous experience has aided me in my decision-making and other skills.

Question 1
If you had been asked to work in the back of the store but realised that customers were waiting at unmanned tills, how would you respond to the situation?
Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Interview
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
