Applied online, had a phone interview then was messaged the next day about an instore interview. All questions were behavioural questions, no real surprises as they give you a sheet to prepare

One surprise question was, 'Give a time when you promoted something, explain how you did it and whether it was succesful'
Quick phone interview, then a video over Teams, was a good interview with different questions referring to experience, interests and how you'll fit the role. It lasted between half an hour to an hour

The interview was very clear structured and friendly. The questions were understandable and relevant to the role. The interview timing was reasonable. The interviewer gave a clear introduction and outlined expectations. The interview was conducted online.

I applied online and had to do an online assessment. I then got an email saying I’d progressed and for me to call them for a short chat. Following that call I got a further email inviting me for a team’s interview. The interview was quite informal and more of a chat really.
