The usual management speak questions about the companies "values" they think make them unique, but are practically the same at every company including "working together", "doing the right thing" etc. The same old if you've done this kind of interview
Both interviewers were nice but informed me they had interviewed a lot of candidates and were tired of the whole process.
I didn't get the role and followed up twice for feedback but never received this, really showing the values they have is all talk and no action "we do the right thing"
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England)
Interview
A co-op analyst interview typically involves assessing problem-solving, analytical skills, and technical knowledge. Expect questions on data analysis, business processes, and tools like Excel or Python. Additionally, there may be behavioral questions to evaluate teamwork and communication
The interview was overall easy as we went over mostly competency based questions, not a lot of technical ones. The interviewers were very friendly and I had a good experience.
