Simple interview, there are 4 criteria, all provided to you in a pack, answer questions on how you have relevant experience and demonstrated these attributes either in previous jobs or in your personal life. Volunteering and Community work goes a long way as the Co-Op is very community focussed.

I do not have the pack available anymore, but all the criteria are emailed to you prior to interview, so good preparation will go a long way
Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
Sent my CV in after an ad on indeed. Sit down interview in back of store. Not too formal. Spoke to the manager of the store and was asked interview questions.

It was calm they explained everything to me. It lasted to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two people. Just be calm and gather thoughts don’t rush to answer the 5 value question
