It's fairly standard as far as retail-based interviews go, but something that I found worked well was highlighting why Co-op is a place you want to work in rather than other shops of it's type. How it differs in a community aspect, or in how it treats it's workers.

Where did you acquire a/b/c skills? How did you feel when working this role?
Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
Sent my CV in after an ad on indeed. Sit down interview in back of store. Not too formal. Spoke to the manager of the store and was asked interview questions.
It was calm they explained everything to me. It lasted to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two people. Just be calm and gather thoughts don’t rush to answer the 5 value question
