I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Longridge, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was exactly as described in the preparation email I received from Co-op prior to my interview. This allowed me to view the resources provided by Co-op to prepare for the interview including the questions asked. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at easy. He was easy to talk to and made the interview feel less formal, and made it feel like we were having a proper conversation which helped with the interview.

Prior to the interview, they sent an email containing the questions so it was easier to prepare.
My interviewer was friendly as well so this calmed my nerves. He asked the questions and talked about my availability and what the role entails

I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Liverpool, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well organised. I understood everything the interviewer explained, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The environment felt professional, clean, and comfortable, which made it easier to communicate and answer questions confidently.
It’s a brief interview about 2 hours, my interviewer asked set of questions what coop already had for applicants. My interview was professional and friendly, as mentioned my experience as managerial role so he checked me with some questions about my previous role was real or just made up!
